Returns & Exchange Policy
At Possible Threads, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. However, we only offer refunds or exchanges for items that are defective or incorrect. Please review our policy below for details:
Eligibility for Refunds or Exchanges
Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive an item that is defective or different from what you ordered, you are eligible for a refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued as a gift card for online store credit.
Return Requirements: To qualify for a return, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Returned within 14 days from the date of purchase.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Contact Us: Please email our customer support team at info@possiblethreads.com to initiate your return or exchange. Include the following details in your email:
- Your full name
- Order number
- A detailed description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item(s) showing the defect or error
- Photos of the original packaging, including tags
Return Approval: Once we receive your email, our team will review your request. If approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s).
Processing Your Refund: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item(s), we will issue your refund as a gift card for the original purchase amount, excluding shipping costs and any applicable taxes.
Important Notes
- Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (defective or incorrect item).
- Final Sale Items: Items marked as “Final Sale” or purchased during promotional events are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
- Timely Returns: Returns must be received by us within 14 days from the date of purchase. Returns received after this period will not be accepted.
